SHAKY JAKE from WAY OF THE WARRIOR by MelvanaInChains
Portrayer: Mitch Gavin
Voice Actor: Tomohiro Tsuboi

BIOGRAPHY:
Jake Querious, a man raised in the most unorthodox of ways, was taught for 17 years that there was nobody on the Earth except him or his parents. Fast forward to 28 years old, he enters the Way of the Warrior tournament in order to get
rid of the newly revived Kull the Despoiler.

As he got there where Kull stood, though, something happened, something impossible to describe. He got the sensation that he was suddenly somewhere else. And he certainly was. Millions of faces he'd never seen before, suddenly ready to
fight him for reasons he couldn't think of. Unfortunately for them, fighting was one of the few things Jake grew up with, and was more than capable of wiping all of them out. Then maybe he could figure out where the hell he was.

WHAT'S CONVERTED:
- The sprites, sounds and specials are all from source, minus a few from the custom supers.
- His Japanese voice.
- The original commands. Uh, sort of at least...
- Gameplay is pretty much the same overall, although the controls omit the B from source and now use standard KFM-like control layouts.
- Original palette as well as an attempt to recreate his P2 palette from source, and a totally lazy attempt to recreate the 'shadow' mid-boss palette.
- BAAAABAKYUUUUUU!

WHAT'S NOT CONVERTED:
- The potion / magic points system and all of the spells included with them.
- Fatalities.
- Block button. I hate block buttons so it's now changed to a normal block.
- His trip-like throw. Camera zooms out too far for me to actually rip the sprites for it.
- A few frames for the intro and winning animations because the camera randomly zooms out during them. I tried animating around the missing frames.
- The pogo attack. Wasn't very useful anyway.
- The actual hitsparks. They're transparent. Screw ripping that shit.
- The very absent-minded hitpauses in source.
- The REMATCH? screen, although the graphics are still being used for the supers. And yes, I had to specify that. Some authors get a little crazy (not that I'm putting them down or anything!).
- His original, English voice. Look, I'm sorry, but I cannot STAND the fucking puns in original WOTW. At least in Japanese the dialogue SOUNDS cooler.
- The announcer's fight commentary. May update it later with him though.

WHAT'S EXCLUSIVE TO THIS VERSION:
- Custom supers.
- Custom hitpauses. Seriously everything was like 2,2 in source. Ridiculous, I'm tellin ya.
- A bunch of really bad custom palettes.
