A) Disclaimer

Nyololin and every likeness depicted in this file are property of Nintendo.
I do not claim any of the above in any manner.

B) Story

This tiny serpent hails from the Chai Kingdom; World 4-2 to be exact. In that
game it posed a threat because of it's shooting angles and advantages such as
being on higher platforms. This enemy is called the "sitting snake" for short.

C) What's Done

-all required sprites, including throw animations.
-both signature angled fireball shots.
-classic death sequence (from game).
-sound for major things.

D) What's Needed

-both backward angled fireball shots.
-code to disallow throwing.
-besides the above, nothing! :P

E) Installation

First, make sure you have all these files listed here:

-nyololin.def
-nyololin.sff
-nyololin.air
-nyololin.cns
-commonNyo.cns
-nyololin.cmd
-nyololin.snd
-nyololin.act

When you've confirmed existance of the above files, follow these
two steps for easy installation:

1) Put the above files in your /chars/nyololin directory.
2) Add nyololin to your select.def in your data folder.

F) Specific Notes

These are some things that I feel I should make people aware of:

1) Nyololin is extremely small, so it is naturally very difficult to hit it with nearly
anything. When fighting against Nyololin, try using ground level attacks, like
trips, as just about everything else will miss.

2) Every character has a slight setback that makes it hard to play as them & this
little guy is no exception. Nyololin's fireballs travel at diagonal angles instead
of straight forward, hence making it just about impossible to hit the opponent.
The only time you will connect with a target is when they are in the air above
you or right next to you on the ground. So I suggest you refrain from playing
as Nyololin unless you really want to have some retro fun.

G) Move List

x/y/or z: Downward Diagonal Fireball
a/b/or c: Upward Diagonal Fireball

H) Known Bugs

Nyololin will glitch and cause an Allegro error whenever it is hit by one of several
moves done by Foxlot's Gilius. To avoid this simply remove either character before
playing. I am in the process of figuring out why this error occurs.

I) Special Thanks

-Nintendo for making the extremely fun Super Mario Land game.
-LordMID for taking an interest in my classic junk.
-DarkRaven for giving suggestions for misc things.
-Elecbyte, who is now defunct, but still deserves credit for Mugen itself.
-Ses for creating the ever helpful MCM.
-all the admins & mods at the Fighters Guild Forum for maintaining a pleasant
 & enjoyable board.
-all the individuals who email me asking for my older stuff, which proves I'm
 not that disliked.
-Sf, Mac, Ace, PrimeOp, Slack, & Milkman for sticking by my side. :)
-all my PSO pals: Mage, Stardust, Marty, Shiro, Samsonite, Hayato, Belacqua,
Motoyuki, Trey, Nine, Rinoa, Cynjin, Key, Blaz, Rated M, etc, who bless me
 with their unconditional friendship.
-to anyone who likes how Nyololin turned out & anyone else I forgot.

Happy New Year, 2004!
